To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92r3 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption to business.
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded, 92r3's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Losses sustained through legitimate use of the Services are not recoverable from 92r3. By using the Services, you accept and acknowledge that gambling losses are your sole responsibility.
The collection, processing and use of your personal data in connection with these Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
